I've sent my return via UPS, someone signed for it on 1/26/2024 at the Atlanta warehouse.
I still didn't receive any email nor the credit back to my original form of payment.
How long is it taking to process returns?

I too send my returns back UPS They are delivered faster than the post office. This past year it usually takes up to a month for my return to be posted. Then I have been charged the 6.99 return fee. I have called several times to have them take the fee off. WHat I was told last time is that after I mail back UPS I should call them with the tracking number so the return department will not charge me. I buy very little any more because of this. No shoes, clothes ect that I may have to return.

It can take up to 15 business days for a return to be processed. For faster service you can email QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com with subject line: QVC Return. Include in your email: The order number(s), item number(s), item description(s), price (each), and the quantity you are returning. Tell us if you would like to receive an exchange or refund. The original shipping fees are deducted along with the cost of the Q Return Label. If your return is due to a QVC error, item defect(s), or request for exchange/replacement, there's no charge to you for using the Q Return Label.

my experience is you have to check to makesure they do follow through and send info to your credit card company after they send you an email saying they will credit your card. Have found QVC delays in evey step of the process.

I've noticed that if I use the "return" button in my order status, I get the return taken care of much more faster. Once it is scanned at the post office, I get an email that the return is on it's way. And often get my credit within days.
I find this feature more efficient.
And as per Anjalena, QVC mod, has posted, taking advantage of their services is much more faster and smoother.

I'm sorry about the delay in processing your returns. You can email your account information (the reason for contact, Order and/or Item Number) to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com or QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com
