I placed an order for a LeCreuset pot on 10/23 -- nothing yet -- no shipping. I contacted customer service 11/3. They say they emailed LeCreuset that day to inquire about the order and I should give it 5 business days. I called today and nothing has changed -- no reply from LeCreuset.
I would love to have my order!!
