I mailed an item to be exchanged for a different size on 2-8-18. I just checked the return tracking, and it indicates it took 7 days to go from Indianapolis, IN, where I mailed the item, to Fishers, IN, about 30 minutes away. That's ridiculous. Using the Q return label takes forever! By the time my item is returned for an exchange, it could well be sold out.
By contrast, I mailed a package using my own shipping on 2-14-18, and it arrived in Lancaster, PA on 2-16-18, just two days later.
Please do something to lessen the return time. I'm hoping to receive my item before the season ends. But with the return shipping time plus the horribly long time for processing returns, I am doubtful. Good grief!

I totally agree ! I sent back a dress for exchange in size and color, took about 2 weeks and by the time it got back, the dress was out of stock.
