Horrible Customer Service from QVC

Hello, I was just told to email  customer service and experience with QVC I have had over the past 2 days.  Please let me know who I can contact that will actually do something.

 

I ordered two items.  Yesterday, I checked the Order Status and there had been an update to CONTACT US and so I called the Customer Care line.  I was told the reason was because QVC no longer accepts Visa Gift Cards.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was very rude and kept interrupting me.  She basically gave me the number to the Office of the President and hung up.

 

I have contacted the Office of the President numerous times.  Finally spoke to Inez.  She told me the reason the CONTACT US message was on the order was the the Visa Gift card did not have enough funds.  That was incorrect.  I pulled my account and it plainly shows a deduction of 95.26 on 6/7/16 by QVC.  I was told I needed the authorization number and after calling the Visa Gift card customer service was told this is a pre-paid gift card and the was not an authorization.

 

I am about to the end of the rope and am about to contact the BBB to make a complaint.

 

Customers should not be treated in manner I have been over the past two days.

You folks here need to just ban this one by IP and see if that stops it from the threadbomb/spamming.  Smiley Happy

They've deleted posts (without a trace or reason) within these threads that illustrated civil discourse.  I suggest they remove all traces of the threads if it was indeed spam.

If they banned the poster, according to general theory anyway, all posts made by the poster and any threads started by the banned poster would just disappear.

 

That's what I've always seen, over the years, anyway.  Smiley Happy

That's how it works on Amazon, but not sure that's how it works here. On Amazon, when you change your nic, it changes your nic to the new one on every post the person ever made, no matter how many times they've changed it. We used to keep lists of all the many changes 😈

There's a fear over in Kitchen a person in there griping about Masterbuilt smokers might be this same person.

Not saying it is, but, others and I tend to agree might be sending another volvo.
