I was supposed to receive my Honeybells on Friday, Jan 13th.  Customer Service was unnable to give me a date for deliverty.  Is anyone having any issues like this??

Yes, I was supposed to receive mine on Friday also.  No delivery yet.  Not happy.

@luvmybeetle   @weight watcher    Suggest you contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com to see if the have any recent info.  Since they're being fulfilled by Harry & David, nobody seems to have information on the status.

@Kachina624  Yep, I emailed them and just received an email back saying they will be shipping at the beginning of this week.  We'll see.

NOPE!  It's the 18th....no delivery tracking and no answers from customer service...

YES!  Customer Service, called twice...only sayit is a vendor problem

I'm still waiting on mine as well. My order has shown as "Processing" w/ an expected delivery date of 1/13/23. I'm beyond disappointed! I was hesitant to spend so much for oranges in the first place! Horrible Customer Service on this issue.

When QVC told me that Harry & David was the shipper, I called Harry & David.....the man from there said because I didn't buy from them directly, I needed to contact Qvc. ( nothing like passing the buck ) he said Qvc was responsible for the tracking. If anyone DOES get these please, post on here. Might give us some hope that they are really coming.

I just canceled my order. I wanted to let everybody else know, after I did it, I noticed a new date. Instead of an estimated delivery date of January 13th, it now reads January 27th.

Hi my children received theirs today. They were green and not good. So disappointing. Most have to be thrown out. Three different orders, three different places.
I called for a refund. Sad thing is they get no honeybells this year.
