@Pecky, just noticed today that the issue has been fixed. I now have a place at the top of the Homepage to sign into my account. Also now have the option to view Items on Air, Items Recently Aired, etc. BTW, just wanted to let you know that I also sent Skinn an email about using the Oleo with Pep 40Serum but so far no response. May have to call them. I think you were the one who was wondering about using the two together. If it wasn't you sorry for the mix up.

@Anonymous, just wanted to let you know that the issue with not being able to sign into my account has been resolved. This morning I noticed that I can do that plus can view Items  Recently Aired, etc. Thank you for bringing it to the attention of the people in IT.

You are correct.   Besides, people on tablets can use the QVC APP.   This website should be user friendly for computer users.   Another FAIL for Q.
