Help with return

Hi,

I returned A379903 Linea lace  jacket on July 5.  Tracking shows tendered to return agent.  I have been charged two payments.  The problem is that the invoice inside had someone else's name and address.  I put my address on top of their address and also wrote a note so that my account was credited and not theirs.  Please credit my account.
