I returned order #6525234229 on July 11th and the tracking return says usps picked it up on July 13th and it is in their hands. That is where it stops. I tried to call CS but can't get threw (on hold and then the line goes dead). How do I find out what happened to my package, i need the tracking number for USPS to call them. Please help.

I have the same status for two returned items picked up July 15.  Returns are taking extra long now, the last time I returned a few items and they weren't processed after 3 weeks, I emailed Social.Team@qvc.com and a nice man named Melvin assisted me in getting my returns credited.  I'm giving my recent returns another week or so, then I'll email the team.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. Guess I will have to wait it out. Sounds like QVC has some return issues.

@raetime    You can email the mods including order number at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and perhaps they can expedite your refund.
