When you drop it off the post office turns it over to a third party pick up service but it takes a few days sometimes.  Check at the first of the week and contact the Mods who can check on it for you.  They are wonderful for help.

Re: Help with return tracking

Tracking will still show where the Post Office received it plus when they handed it over to some non postal worker. Not sure who it goes to. So there will be no tracking from the Post Office after they hand it over until you can see some kind of tracking on your account thru Q or wait for them to send you an email they have received it.

The Post Office is busy right now so give them a couple of days to update their tracking info.

Re: Help with return tracking

Thanks  for the help.  I would think at least little note that they picked it up and have it would be showing ,because they did pick it up from my house.

I also returned somthing else the next day and that shows it in the post office.

Just my luck the $200 one isn't showing up  and the cheaper one is    Smiley Sad

Unfortunately one Christmas I handed a large box to the carrier to be shipped to my sister and family.  It never made it, was never found and I had no proof I had given it to him.   The post office said it never was dropped off at the office or went through their system.  All I can say is I hope his family had a merry Christmas.  Now I do not mail boxes without some kind of proof.  Last time when office did not scan I took pictures of the labels as proof.

I know for a fact postal employees are not always honest and know of two who were fired for this reason.  If it happens again try to take a picture of postal employee picking it up and the label.

@janz

You are correct and that is why I am worried...........

After 30 years of being a huge QVC fan ,I am no longer going to shop here because of all the trouble with receiving orders and yes ,returning them     Smiley Sad

Gosh,I shop Amazon (15yrs)  and never have a problem. I pay no shipping, but I  get it the very next day and I never had a return!  If something happens (rarely) they just credit me and move on.............lol

Re: Help with return tracking

I actually just returned something to Amazon and you can drop off the item at Kohl's and you get a receipt and a 25 percent discount coupon for shopping at Kohls.  And no charge.  3 days later I have credit back into my account.  Don't let anyone tell you that QVCs procedures and costs are the norm.  They aren't.

Hi @MalteseMomma - I've been monitoring the order today and I just saw the system post a comment that it has been received. I'll continue to monitor and let the system process the return accordingly. I'm very sorry that this return has caused concern. Thank you for shopping and posting with us. ~Kim
