Help with order placed on Feb 7

Have checked with tracking numbers. Numbers all show Feb 7 Ontario ca. No movement.Can you please help me. Received other comforters from Rocky Mount NC. I am in SC. Anxious and concerned. Have no idea who to ask. Many thanks.
