I sent a return back, paying postage myself, on 3/13/18 via the USPS.

The tracking # says it was delivered to QVC 3/15/18.

Today is 3/23/18, and it is still not showing as returned on my account.

Today is 8 days since it's been returned and it hasn't been credited yet??

 

I really haven't ordered much from QVC lately. Is this normal??

 

If there is a Mod that can check on this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Call CS and give them the tracking number. If it shows as delivered they will refund your money. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Also make sure they don't charge you for the return shipping label. Check your refund!!

Exact same problem here.  I called them this morning and was able to get credit.  I was going to ask what the issue was but decided not to.  Just as long as I received my credit!

Great point about checking to be sure they don't deduct the return label price!  I hadn't thought of that!  Thank you.

I meant to write in my original post, that it's been 8 days since received at QVC and no credit on my account.

 

Unbelievably, I sent a return back to HSN on 3/19/18 and the return was credited to my account 3/21/18!! Two days later.

I don't know anything to help with specific problems, but I did read just a few days back that US consumers returned $358 Billions of their purchases in 2017.  No details in that article, so I have no idea what came from where or how much was Internet and how much was from local shopping.
