Help with a lost package

Greetings:

I ordered some candy pretzels and they got as far as my state then was "lost". So I never received it. I opened a claim with UPS who agreed that the package was lost and everything ended there. They keep confusing. me with the sender (QVC). who I was told should have started the claim.

Can you. help me with this? Refund the easy pay I've made so far and cancel the remaining order? Order #xxxxxx

You need to email the QVC Social Team and they will help you with this type of thing.

@theloungeboy.  If you don't get an immediate response from the social team, just call CS and they'll either refund or replace your order.

@debfau When advising someone to contact the Social Team it's best to post that info as not everyone has it. Fortunately someone did.

@theloungeboy I am sorry you did not receive your pretzels. I have issued a refund and cancelled the future easy pays on the order. I have also removed the personal info you posted on this public platform Smiley Happy

Thank you everybody especially Barb for taking care of this. Also thanks for removing the order number. I hemmed and hawed as to whether to include it. My mistake. Now I know better. Happy holidays everybody!

I ordered 4 Martha Stewart  star gazer pumpkins. The last one, which is the favorite of the four has not been delivered. The tracking shows it stopped movement 3 day ago in the last part of delivery. I have reported to UPS with no results..I have called two different numbers for QVC customer service which tells me it will be a five minute wait time which has turned out now to be 25 minutes or more on each line. Very disssapointed with the changes in customer services. I just want to talk to someone to get them to send me another white pumpkin replacement while they still have them. I have now been waiting for an hour. I would appreciate your help with this situation

@csHLPnow25 Either email the mods or enter 'chat' into the search bar on the retail page to contact a CS agent fairly quickly and explain the issue to them. Posting on this old thread might or might not garner you the attention you need.
