Happens too often after placing a order.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

That happened to me the other day.  So I called CS to see what that was about and she really didn't know.  By the next morning it was gone and my order was processing.

It happened on a recent order of mine.  I just ignored it.  The order processed as usual.

 

There are just too many things going wacky with QVC's system right now.  I figured it was just another glitch.

 

I hate that, when I try to look at things in "As Is" or "Clearance", the brands are no longer in alphabetical order.  You have to scroll through to try to find what you want.  Just another "glitch" in a neverending saga.

Interesting @goldensrbest. It hasn't happened to me once and I've placed 27 orders in the past 30 days. Maybe a glitch with your account?

I've been buying from QVC since 1990 or so and don't remember ever having had that happen.

It has happened to me several times lately and previously.  I have been here since CVN.

 

Only happens with Q card purchases and not every order.

 

Many have posted it happens to them also.

 

No need to waste time calling, CS nor the Mods know why....they can't fix it.

 

It processes usually the next day.

 

They really should fix the issue.  It causes customer's angst and ties up the phones to CS when nothing can be done.

Speaking of CS where are they?? I have sent a few emails about an issue and they usually get back within 15 minutes.  It's been three days now and nothing.
