I phoned customer service asking them to cancel an exchange. The first item was entirely wrong. They made a note of it, but today I received the item anyway.

 

Please can you tell me how I can return this item. No return label was included. Also, how can I make sure I am not charged for the item in any way?

@Harpa  Please follow the return instructions on the invoice and return the item for a full refund.  I will notify the warehouse to issue a full refund and we will not bill you the prepaid label fee/original s/h on the order.
