Hi moderators!

When I view the program guide and find a show that has already run live, if I click on any item in that show, I can never return to the items in the show or even that program in the program guide.

It sends me back to the program guide showing shows on now, so I have to keep scrolling back to find that show again, then more info, then if I want to see any item in that show, and another, Ill have to go back all over again.

It was so much easier before they changed this and I'm not sure why they did.

So I just give up looking.

Is there a way they can make this more streamlined like before?

Does anyone else find this so difficult to navigate?

Re: Help with The Program Guide

@on the bay - I have never experienced anything like what you're describing. How are you accessing the guide (e.g., device, system, browser, Q menu or search)?

@loriqvc -

On my chromebook. I clic on the Q

then go up to the right and select the drop down program guide from the ShopQVCTV.

Then I find the program by using the arrows provided until I find it.

Then if the program has aired it will say more info and when I click on that  it shows items from the show in a row.

If I click on one item it comes up but if I backspace, it goes back to the program guide again showing whats on now. Have to use the arrows again etc.

@on the bay instead of using the program guide to view items aired have you tried using the Items Recently On Air link? You can view items aired as far back as a week.

@on the bay - If you're trying to view items rather than upcoming programs, I would definitely recommend using the approach suggested by @DJs mom—the "Items Recently on Air" link under that same "Shop QVC TV" menu will take you right to the groupings of programs by day, making it easy to find just what you want to see. If you select an item to view, check it out and then just use the back button in your browser to return to the page with the hourly and daily menus on the left side of your screen; that way, you don't have to worry about navigating all over the place while you're exploring. Good luck!

Re: Help with The Program Guide

Yes, @on the bay, I experience the same thing and its maddening.  It's all the extra steps we must go through that are totally unnecessary.

The "Wish List" and "Set Program Reminder" have problems, too.
