Help with Return

I hope someone can take notice here in customer service. I returned order  . I have been charged easy pay continually and cannot get anyone to help me Someone did leave a voice mail that my payment is due. Cannot get a hold of anyone. I am not paying anymore for these items. They also say that they have the return. Return was taken back in April. 

Help!

Which item are you iinquiring about? The Earth origins or the Vionics?
