I mailed a return using QVC's label.  It is Nov. 14 and QVC still has not received my return.  I assume I am not responsible for how long it takes to get to QVC but rather when I mailed it.  I am right?  Thank you.

@Katcat1   How long has it been?  In most cases, when the return is received by QVC, I wait 7+ days and then call customer service and they process the credit.

 

I know that it takes more time for it to be credited to my bank, but I always get a little concerned when I know it's been delivered and yet QVC shows no record of the return.

 

I would wait three weeks for shipping back before I called, because I know by tracking the return, it sometimes sits in my local post office for more then a week because I believe the Q label that I use is the cheapest shipping that there is (for QVC), and it has no priority at all. 

 

Are you able to track the item?  I use the smart logistics site to track, because they seem to be more detailed and even accurate then the USPS system.

When I send a return I always ask for a receipt from the clerk at USPS or UPS. It's my understanding that once the item is in the hands of the carrier it's their responsibility and my receipt will serve as proof. All my returns have been received and credited but I still like to play it safe.

Thank you for posting those instructions @sunshine45 .  I returned something yesterday but didn't have a return slip in my package.  I used what was provided in the order with the return postage slip.

 

I just printed them and made a copy and emailed it.  I hope it works!  I don't order much from QVC, but the last time I did I hadn't gotten my refund in a month and had to contact the Social Team to process it for me.

@sunshine45   Thank you again for posting the easy returns instructions.  I used them the other day and got a response in two days that my refund had been made!
