That's what I thought also that if you return 2 items together it is 1 shipping fee.  

Is there some where on the site I can read that a customer returning 2 items same package is charged 2 shipping fees???

@I am still oxox    Hi, QVC policy is that you can return multiple items in one box and you will only be charged ONE return fee. This is exactly why I "batch shop" so that if I return several things in a box, it's much better than if I buy here and there and have to pay $6.95 for EACH returned item. Here is the wording of their policy.

QVC’s return fee policy for multiple items in one box

If you return multiple items, whether from the same shipment or different orders, you can send them all in one box with one QVC return label. QVC’s own FAQ states you’ll only be charged one return label fee for the entire package, not per item
