I ordered the Susan Graver TSV Dress and Jacket, it arrived in one bag, yet QVC wants me to return it in two. I guess its is so the can charge me for another package. Being the rebel that I am I am going to take my chances and return it in one package

@I am still oxox.  It's okay to return two items in one package but they'll still probably charge a return shipping charge for each.  That's their policy.

You can go ahead and be rebellious but you will still be charged for two returns.

If you think it will be cheaper, pay for it upfront and mail it yourself in one package.  Either that or pay two charges to ship both back.  Your choice.

Re: Help me understand

@I am still oxox - Back in February, I returned three clothing items in one bag (from two orders) and was charged just one return label fee. However, I had a physical return label and didn't use the online return initiation process (I just included a note with my return specifying all the order and item details).

Since you are returning two items from one order, I think it only seems fair that you have just one return shipment and charge. If you're willing to reach out to them, I think the Social Team (qvcsocialteam@qvc.com) might be able to print a single label for you to use. Good luck!

Is it an outfit (dress w/matching jacket) or two separate items?

@Group 5 minus 1 If it was one item I would not be asking the question. He jacket was an upsell

Gee, she was just asking which is what we do when trying to be helpful.  You weren't really clear, so I think she was probably looking for clarification.
