My package of the head scarves has been sitting at m local Post Office since Oct 8, there is no way to contact them. How do I get them delivered.

I ordered a dress on Oct 31. Order#6504958271. It states still "in "process". Arrival date Nov 7 Had ordered same dress on Oct28. Had to return because it was prev worn. Therefore ordered same dress on 31 Oct . Since I needed this dress for a special occasion was pleased it was still in stock and could possibly receive by Nov 7. Could you please help me?
