Help With Return Processing PLease

Hello CS.....I returned a few items all together in one box...Dennis Basso Fur coat and 2 jewelry items were enclosed for refund also. (Tova Necklace & Diamonique Ring) All went back to same address as listed on receipts.

They have had the returned package since 11/6....would you be able to see when they will be processing the refunds for these items??

There might be a small problem. Normally jewelry and clothing are returned to entirely different addresses. I did that once and had to talk to customer service about it. That's when they told me to make sure I never do that again because they are handled from different spots. I copied this from Q's website:

Yes I returned them all to the 2200 TV road as per each reciept stated this as the correct return address....apparently furs by Dennis Basso also go back to this address also.

I still need a CS rep to help check the status of the return processing as I did this correctly!

I recently sent several items back in one box always making sure the adresses are the same. My PO tracing # showed it was received by Q on the 7th but they just listed my refund - a week later. Seems kinda slow. I'd call them.

I've returned many, many apparels items but never to an address on TV Road. It has always been Stoney Battery Road.

Hello CS...I still don't see credits for the 3 items returned to you. Got a email from you and responded yes to the items...then got another saying return for fur coat but nothing on the 2 jewelry items in same box....Tova necklace and Diamonique ring 9/13 it was ordered on waitlist.

Please help me out with this
