I've had a hugh brain lapse. When replying to a blog (but not using quote) what do I use to bring up the previous posters so that I can click on the one I want to reply to. I thought it was "ctrl" something. I searched in the help section to no avail. Thank you.

Do you mean replying in threads here in the forums?

If you mean notifying or mentioning someone, you use the @ symbol. That will bring up a drop down menu of the posters in that thread and you then click on which name you wish to mention.  They will then get a notification that you mentioned them in that thread. 

Which is what I did to you above.

not blogs.

A blog is something entirely different.

If you are talking about these forums:

Use "@" - the "at sign".  Type that, and a list of posters names will come up, and you can choose the one you want.  Like this: @pattypeep .

No big deal--happens to me all the time.  I just wasn't quite sure what you needed to know.
