Help With A Return Credit

Hi,

I returned this about 3 weeks ago on order 

6976299541, Laura Geller eyeshadow palette.

 

Email to me says delivered and received at your facility earlier this month. Still doesn't show up in my account as "returned" and I've yet to get credit.

 

I tried emailing customer svc but haven't heard back.

Please review and advise. Tks.

I would call Customer Service, it's faster than emailing them. They can help you with your refund.
