Long story short, I need help - Please.  Ordered TSV late this morning.  Received confirmation E-mail.  Order status on website showed Advanced Order.  TV showed still available.

 

Called Customer Service.  No discernable reason.  Assured order would be fulfilled on or about 7/30 delivery date.  Immediately afterwards received E-mails from QVC.  First acknowledged change of address request (never an issue).  Second acknowledged cancellation ( I didn't even discuss cancelling.)

 

Third acknowledged new order to arrive about 7/30.  All fixed?  NO.

 

Order status now shows original order cancelled and a reorder on Advanced Order.  Back to where the problem started.

 

Help!

Oh shoot.  I sent a long E-mail to the first address.  Thanks for the correction.  I don't know if I have the energy to do it all again.

@bluetail fly In your SENT mail, do a forward with the correct address to QVC.

Thanks. I'm not very tech savvy but I THINK I managed to do that. Have heard nothing yet and Order Status still shows Advanced Order will check back in the morning.

@bluetail fly   Why not just forward your copy to the correct adddress and do one sentence saying that you mistakenly sent to wrong e-mail address but please see my message below.

That email address DOES WORK for the Social Team....I use it all the time.

 

social.team@qvc.com

 

but there is a .    after social and before team

 

I don't know why ppl post it is wrong...it is NOT.

The correct email to reach us for assistance is QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
