I ordered a Navy Blue sweater and received Deni& Co. Beach pants. I am home bound this month and can't make it to a post office to return the pants. Any help would be appreciated. I have never received a wrong item before in 35 years!

Can you put the package in your mailbox for the postman to pick up @Nancy Drew ?

Fill out the return form you received the wrong item. Pack it back up.
If you don't have a return label, print it or call to have them send it.
Go online and schedule a free USPS pickup.
You will get an email confirmation of the request and another that it is picked up.
Watch your credit, you should not have the S/h deducted OR the return label fee.
Sorry this happened to you while you are down! Hopefully, you can do the above.

@RespectLife Thank you for typing this all out to help me. I am slightly annoyed that I have to do this right now as it was their fault but QVC has treated me well over the years so I will buck it up and get on it.

@Nancy Drew I am sorry you are having difficulty making a return.
For return instructions and a label, you can visit your Order Status page on qvc.com and click on the item you wish to return. You can print a return label. You can alson go to QVC.com to schedule a USPS pickup for your return.
