Help Moderators: Need Order to Ship

I ordered a down blanket on 12/16 as a Christmas gift, and it has been sitting in processing for 4 days.  Is there any way to push this to ship, please.  You guys have always been able to help!

Hi @Fofina I checked your order and it has been loaded on the truck for shipping. You should be able to track it as soon as it hits the first hub.

I ordered an item yesterday, December 18th. It is supposed to be delivered December 24th. But, it is still "in process"! Shouldn't it have gone by now? It is a Christmas gift.
