I placed an order on the 19th for DQ earrings and delivery date was 28th.  I waited until then to call because there has never been any tracking and they never came.  I asked to cancel but CS said "no" in process but behind.  

 

Please could you cancel for me?  If so thank you.  I'm hoping you will be able to do what the gal on the call could not Cat Very Happy

I am very sorry but I cannot cancel the order. I have marked the order that when it ships and you would like to return it, we would pick up the return cost.
