It is from Synchrony Bank not QVC and is for all the cards Synchrony handles.

 

I rec'd my Q one this morning and just received the email for my JCP account.

 

With all the cards Synchrony handles, I imagine it involves hundreds of thousand emails!

 

My Lowes and HSN are with Synchrony as well, but I have not been notified about them yet.

 

I easily opted out.

 

QVC would have no info I wouldn't think since it is Synchrony that is the manager of the credit cards.
