Attn Customer Care, I tried to order the One Day Only Hair Max comb last night. Each time I ordered ,I got a respose that said that "this item couldn't be sent to this address". When I called Customer Service, they said that many people were getting the same response and that I should call back in about an hour to give tech time to correct this problem. I did that but for the rest of the evening, I wasn't able to order it.

  Today, I called to see if QVC would honor the previous day's price. They agreed to do this, but they were still getting that same message. Therefore, I haven't been able to order the Hair Max.  Can you please explain why it can't be sent to my address? ( I know that my mother had one sent to her address just 2 miles away. ) Thank you for helping me to understand the problem.

If multiple people are getting weird messages as you did, it has nothing to do with your address but is a glitch in the system.  That's why the CS rep referred to IT working on the problem.  People sometimes get that message when there's a problem with the system.

Thanks, Kachina. That is how I see it, but am so frustrated that Customer Service has repeatedly parroted the same response with no explanation or correction. It makes no sense and they lost a sale.

BTW, I am a collie girl too!

Good Morning @Dulcimer, I am sorry your having trouble order this item, we have seen customers get that message when stock is limited.  I am only showing blue available so I'm wondering if you were trying to order blue, purple or rose gold ?

Susan, I was ordering blue as that was the only one available.  If it was available, why would it matter where it was to be sent? This has me stumped!
