HULU Problems

Hello QVC (and community). I see you have changed your QVC interface on Hulu. Well, it doesnt work.  I am a long time QVC customer and like to watch it as i get ready for work everyday. I hope you resolve this issue, because now, after your "upgrade" when i try to watch live QVC, it ALWAYS just gets stuck on 'reloading.' What a mess!

 

I understand your intent to offer more channels, but you missed the mark, when you sacrificed the live feed. 

 

Please look into--I can't be the only one with this issue!
