I am trying to order the HP TSV on the advanced order for the lavender laptop. They keep saying 12 months financing but it is now showing for the advanced order only the ready to ship ones. I did a chat with CS and I got nowhere. My question is why is not available for the advanced order??

I'm not sure I understand your question but maybe if something is available for shipment immediately, it's not eligible for advanced order. Is that what you want?

Yes, the color I want is in advance order to ship 7/21. They do not offer the special financing with advance order which doesn't make sense.

I understand your dilemma. It gives the option of 12 months financing with ship immediately but not the advanced order. I know they are having IT problems, so maybe it is not listed but is available. Have you tried? If not, contact live chat and explain your concerns. I hope this helps..

@elated I did do a chat and they couldn't help me. They said it isn't available. Needless to say she wasn't very helpful.

I never understand why people come on here and complain about ordering an item. If you're having issues, PICK UP THE PHONE and call customer service! You're wasting a lot of time trying to get something resolved online, that will NEVER get resolved. Trust me, don't waste your time on "tech support" online, it gets you nowhere! Surely, you have a phone, yes?

@Drewps5co0tt As a matter of fact I do have a phone and did call. They couldn't help and I didn't order it. As far as I knew these forums are to discuss things.
