Hello Can the HOT PICKS for the current day be updated?  I am noticing everday they are all for the previous week.  Not sure what needs to be done to have this addressed but it happens daily and we cannot see what the current items of the day are.

@GODMOTHER0905 If I'm understanding you correctly, you just need to go to HOT PICKS and "Sort By: Newest First". This will give you the most recent items first. Hopefully this helps.

Hello thanks for th suggestion..  in this case for example the LG eyeliners- LG is not on air today and were featured a few weeks ago.  Many of the items here have been aired a few weeks ago.   Denim Co show this morning had a HOT PIck for jeans and they are not here.  

I tried using a different browser thinking it was me but same thing.  I think the programmers need to address this issue.

What browser do you use if you don't mind me asking?   I use Chrome and I DONT see that item for denim and co listed on my system under HOT picks.   I only knew it was a HOT Pick becuse I watched the show this morning- when I go there I see items aired last week including SG Graver set of two tops which I know were last week because I ordered them.  

Any help would be appreciated

I don't think it's the browser, but I use Chrome and Safari.  My guess is you either need to sort by newest or you may need to actually close out of the website or app and then go back in.  If they're not there, something isn't refreshing.

No unfortunately that is not it.  I decided to email QVC social team and they said they would forward the concern to the correct dept.  Again the items there were featured a week ago so the issue lies on their end.

This is only in the HOT picks link.  Everything else updates accordingly.

I see the same thing when I look for NEW items NEW TODAY.  All of the items are the same almost every day.  Lunchtime specials are the same almost every day, etc.  They do not update stuff daily.  They may add something here and there but from I've seen it's the same for several days in a row.   In the past at least lunchtime specials were different every day and I got some great stuff but not anymore.  :-(

Yes.. then it is not just me!  This is a daily issue..   i.e  Nutrisystem is a HOT PICK today?  That was the TSV last Wednesday  so they are a week behind in updating their website.  I sent an email to QVC social a few days ago..
