I purchased the latest Clarks TVS a few weeks ago.  When I tried on the shoes they were to flat for me.  need arch support so I returned them.  This A.M. IU called CS to ask them refund me $6.95 reeturn amout.. The CS was so nice she said there was a recall on the TSV because the fit was not correct and I not only received my return amt. but each person who purchased the shoes will receive an extra $10.00 in their account.  We were all sent letters about this but I haven't received mine yet.  Thank u CS and QVC andClarks for doing this.

I received my letter today and immediately boxed up the shoes for return.  QVC and Clark's had to do something since the sizing was way off.  I appreciate the full refund.

 

My letter says nothing about a $10 credit for the problem

I also received the letter, but there was no mention of a $10 credit.  I sent the shoes back yesterday.

@jeffie24 - If the credit doesn't show up on your account,  send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and they will take care of you.
