Great Customer Service Rep - Sean!

I returned a Barefoot Dreams caftan due to receiving the Regular length rather than the Petite as ordered. I was assured my account was marked to refund the return postage, but I was charged anyway, I just spoke with Sean and he was so courteous and efficient! I explained the siuation and it was resolved.I complain when I don't get good service, but I also compliment good service!

Yes I have to agree. Didn't get my snowman statue that I ordered on July 1st. I just thought it would come as an advanced order in September. When I finally looked up my order, it said that is was delivered on July 12th. I never received it and was very nervous that I would have to deal with customer service. A very nice young man listened to my story and confirmed what I told him. No problem.....I also had made a 1st easy pay payment for it and didn't realize. Gave me credit and took it off my bill. I guess I just lucked out since it was a very easy process. Sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was great.

We should commend as often as we complain.  Unfortunately it doesn't usually work out that way.
