Does it say zero dollars because you were already credited by qvceasyreturns?  I use that system and get a credit right away.  When qvc gets the item back they see it was already refunded and lthats lwhy it says zero dollars.  The email comes from qvc once the item being returned reaches the warehouse.

Amazon doesn't carry everything qvc does, espsecially clothing lines exclusive to qvc, and Amazon is not always cheaper.  Good Luck.
