Frustrated wire QVC - In Process

I have been a QVC customer for years and extremely frustrated that now many of my orders show IN PROCESS for weeks! I call everyday to get a status and all they can do is tell me they sent it to another department to research and to call back in a couple of days to check on it.  QVC - you better get it together because you are losing your loyal shoppers for sure.  Very poor customer service.

Hi. I edited my ez pay on some of my “in process” orders and it changed to “preparing your order”.
I’m watching to see if this will speed things up a little. I have an item in 2 different colors so I have one that says in process and the other says preparing. The only thing is they may have been on 5 ez pays and now they’re on 3 but that’s ok with me ( I like what one poster suggested and that is get an item on ez pay and when you receive it - if you keep it you can then pay off the ez pay)
I will try and come back and post what happens🙂

Oh I totally agree. I have an order from June 1.. says preparing my order.  And another, women with control TSV, that just notified me that it will be delayed. What is going on QVC? I called many times...one lady said, oh it's coming from vendor, excuse. Another time they said, Covid. What is going to happen around holidays?? Thank God these ordered were not a time sensitive gift. No good QVC, you are losing a lot of customers.

@erose   I'm thinking that even more than our country not having "things" we are used to having that we don't have nearly enough highly skilled tech workers.   

 

I'm not excusing QVC's problems, but I do know identifying  problems is much easier than solving them.  At least that's the way it works in my life.

I ordered two of the same dress (different colors).  The one I ordered on May 30, I got right away.  The one I ordered on May 31 is still in process.  Sixteen days and counting.  Issue for me is that I want to return both of them because I don't really like the one I got.  And of course I can not cancel that order.  Truth is, I will have 4 things to return in the same bag.  I do that to cut down on my losses.  I just hope I get it in time for the oldest item to still be within my 30 day range.

 

I agree with the OP.  What in the heck are they doing?  Are they selling things that are not in the warehouse yet?  Do they not have enough help?  Are a lot of people out sick?  Maybe they should do or say more than sending emails saying they are "sorry for the delay."

I agree. What is happening here. 6 days later things are still in process, shipping so slow, refunds to the Q CARD take forever and ever and ever. Such a huge enterprise of QVC, they need to figure this out. Because there are many many frustrated shoppers.  I LOVE MY Q, and the awesome products but they need to FIGURE OUT FASTER SHIPPING AND RETURNS...

I am so sorry for the delays in shipping. Unfortunately our warehouse is experiencing some shipping delays. If your order is delayed you should receive an email advising of the delay.
