Forum access on iPhone?

So, I'm not the most tech savvy, but whenever I log onto the Q forums on my iPhone, I get a pink unexpected error with Exception ID: 7EA0A0C1.

I thought maybe the website was being updated, but I saw that the number of posts were changing! Apparently, I am able to view posts when I'm in "Full" mode, but not in Mobile. Does anyone know what's wrong? I did try shutting down my phone to see if that helped.

i get that sometimes. i simply click on forums, and then full (view) at the bottom of the page.

Not sure if this will help...

I can access the Forums through my browser (Safari), rather than the QVC mobile app. Put QVC in the address bar, and scroll down to Forums. It isn't as used friendly, but it can work.

I never, ever use the QVC App. I always go through a browser, usually Chrome, and go to QVC.com.

I have the same issue.

It never occurred, with my older iPhone, but, since upgrading to the iPhone 12, it's happened.

I have no problem, accessing the forums, from my iPad, which is a much older model.

I'm using the Safari browser, not the app.

Thanks for everyone's comments. I don't think the app has access to the Forums; like other comments, I log on via Safari. I have an 8 Plus, so not a new phone. Was hoping one of the hosts would have commented as I posted in Customer Care.

It's harder to read the phone when not in mobile mode; hope it gets fixed soon. On the plus side, I'm not stopping by as much during the work day (or at night. Or almost at all🙁)

@Alter Ego I don't think the mods will comment further on this issue and have washed their hands of it, pretty much indicating there is no fix. All they can do is report it to IT. Did you try using a different browser?
