Too many changes too fast. If you can't provide a service to your customers you have a huge problem!! So sad. I can see why so many hosts have left!

@fthunt  Because with all of the host problems, technical problems, and shipping / processing issues, many of us believe the writing is on the wall for QVC.

Why did you change the easy pay screen?  This new one is a nightmare!  Now we have to go to each individual item to see what you owe, before you could see everything you owe in one section for the month ( We do not need to see pictures of what we purchased). The new page makes it difficult to pay off or check the amount you owe with out going to each individual item.  This system is not easy for a customer to check and see  what's is actually owed for the month! This page is to time consuming for your customers! Shopping on line is supposed to be headache free!

@cass - If you look at the top left corner under "Easy Pay," you'll find a tab/button you can click to view your payments by month instead of by order. Hope that helps!

It would help if the filter for View by month worked but for me it doesnt work.

Many of the filters dont work correctly anymore. The website is now a nightmare for managing and viewing the Easy Pays and the Auto deliveries and Advance orders.

QVC fix the filters!!!  I liked it so much better when I could view the easy pays by month and by credit card.. be it Q card or Visa card.

QVC IT PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!
