[Love my grandkids]

I know this isn't the first post but good grief, what does it take to fix this?

You'd think QVC was charging a fee to use their forum by the way people talk when they want something fixed. The notifications aren't working - maybe ask nicely. A simple please. I'm  sure they're working on it to the best of their abilities. You can still read and respond at least.

@simplyfriends I agree with what you said. I don't get this uproar because people can't see that others may have "hearted" their post or commented. 

I know if my kids demanded something and spoke to me in this manner, they would not get what they wanted. I wonder if perhaps QVC feels somewhat the same. Like you said, we aren't paying for this, it's a courtesy that QVC even allows people to post, even nasty comments about QVC.

Be patient, IT will get to it when they are good and ready. I seriously doubt demanding it get done will push them any faster.

I must really be missing something here because I don't look at or do anything with those notifications here or on any socials.  I do remember seeing. 99+ under notifications at some point.  It says 0 now obviously but it wouldn't matter.  🤷🏻‍♀️

it actually matters to me because i like to see if anyone has asked me a question or given me a comment that i would like to respond to. it makes it easier when i have a notification to go directly to that comment. i dont like people possibly thinking that i was ignoring them for whatever reason.
