Fix 'Live Chat'!!!!!!!!!!

Your 'live chat' hasn't work for a long time. I've reported this several times. Once you open it up, enter the req'd infor. it takes you to the survey! Well here's the survey: FIX IT!!!

 

Your phone hold time had been consistently 5+ minutes. Please provide customers with better service!!!!!!!!

 

Your website doesn't work well either. I've had to try to send this 4 times. It won't load. Please improve your communication with customers.

Be careful, someone on these boards will probably tell you if you don't like the way QVC handles "things," you should shop else where.
