I ordered the fitbit yesterday then changed my mind.I cancelled my order but this morning it's showing in process. I don't want this item and need help getting this cancelled

@denham   It may be too late to cancel but send an email to the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com including the order # and I'm sure they'll try.

Hi @denham thank you for posting with us in the QVC Community forums. I did check the order and it does indicate that item is in the cancellation process, the request has been sent to the vendor's warehouse and the order has been noted earlier today. Kim
