First time ordering EasyPay? Verification?

Hi,
I’ve had a hard time getting an answer on this.
I was wanting to know if there will be a hard/soft pull on my credit score when I do my first EasyPay order. I called and was told by the first guy, that yes, there’s a credit check, but then he transferred me and the second guy said no, there’s not. But a girl online told me that yes, the finance department does verification on first time EasyPay orders and it will delay processing by a few extra days.
Just wanting to know if there will be a pull that’ll affect my score!
