@Beth-QVC- I just wanted to say a thank you for following up on this for me back in September.  I finally got the November issue today (along with the October one) and I can see my name is now on the automated list (before old copies I got were handwritten).

Me too.  I just can’t see the products or read the descriptions as well online.  And I guess I’ll have to print out the program schedule myself.👎

But I’m actually surprised we’ve been getting hard copies as long as we have.  Oh well.

A link to it comes to you in an email, but only if you are on the Insider list.

If you are interested, you should ask one of the moderators to put you on the list, which normally takes a couple of months to take effect.  But as stated above, they are in the process of changing the whole Insider model in the next couple of months.  Right now we don’t know exactly how the new format will work.

Actually you can.  Increase the font size of your browser. 

Some browsers have a + or - signs in their menu.

Others have the font size options/settings in its Preferences.

If using Firefox, there is an add-on called Theme Font & Size Changer.  Search for this add-on on FF add-on website or get there from FF Tools tab.

Well lucky all you since I moved they have removed me from the list after all these years of receiving the hard copy. I counted the days every month till it was in my mailbox. I have called and begged a couple customer service ladies promised me I was back on the list nope nothing right at Christmas when all the good programming is on. Whats the secret how did you ladies finally get lucky????????? I'm so bummed out please help!!!!!

@Nevadablue I want to know the secret too. I requested InsideQ about 4 months ago. I received September’s issue in the mail but nothing this month and no email to read it online even though I enabled emails on my account. I posted to customer care and they sent a request to investigate my issue.  At best I hope I’m put on list for digital issue.
