Filtering Options not correct on Site

Not sure if it is my IPad of QVC issue, but whenever I try to filter my size or desired brand when looking for clothes, 3/4 of items are not what I have asked to be displayed. I will search for say a 2x shirt by Logo, get  just about any other brand along with it.  Sizing is a worse problem, instead of 2xl , I m shown many other sizes, and none in size I have put in search. Happens a lot on Amazon, QVC is worse. Anyone else notice this? Thanks, Susi.

This has been my pet peeve for a long time.  If this company is going to survive, they need to get a top notch IT department.

It's the Q.

Their search options have always been less than adequate.

Thank you both. Glad it isn't my iPad. It takes away from enjoying scrolling thru 500 items, looking for a bargain ... At least I rarely get offered something that is sold out!

Re: Filtering Options not correct on Site

@Susic - The search functionality on the site has never been great, but something has happened in the past few weeks that has made it absolutely abysmal. In the past, I've experienced plenty of times when I couldn't find something I knew was on the site or had irrelevant results commingled with relevant ones, but the site now seems to intentionally add dozens of results that have no connection to my searching or filtering. I really hope QVC isn't following Amazon, Target, and other sites that add items to "supplement" searches for promotional purposes, but I fear that is now the approach being applied. Sigh.

Yes, and it is very annoying.

@Susic. It's qvc.  They've never had a decent search function but now it's purely awful and useless.

Heaven knows how may million $$$ they've lost because of it.

Re: Filtering Options not correct on Site

This morning I checked 'just reduced ' fashion. The first item was a pair of Quacker capris I liked. Clicked on it and  was full price.  I didn't bother checking anything else. Strange.
