I used the Feedback function several times and received a response within 24-36 hours.

 

The return email was either social.team@qvc.com with different individuals;  one from customercare@qvc.com,  each noted as working from a remote (non West Chester) location.

The feedback feature had been available to note problems with discrepancies on the website, discuss viewer's perception of the behavior of host, and also for the ability to praise positive experiences. Seems now none of that matters.

 

It sounds as if they want comments or questions filtered through Customer Service. But not everything is a Customer Service issue. 

 


 

@Etoile308 - Just to check: Did you know you can still submit a question about an item for customers or vendors to answer? You just have to scroll down below all the reviews on the product page to get to the button that initiates the process.

@Etoile308 - I think the usefulness of the Q&A feature depends a lot on the product and brand; I either get multiple answers or no answers when I ask questions. Some vendors, such as Valerie Parr Hill and a few of the technology/gadget providers, seem actively involved in the process. And customers of some lines, such as Belle by Kim Gravel, appear to be more likely to notice and answer questions from other customers.

I guess one has to get on the app to have access to the Feedback tab.

 

On the website, under My Account and Contact Us, there is no Feedback.  Smiley Sad
