Where to send feedbacks now?

@Mz iMac  I searched for it the other day and it was no place to be found.

But then I purchased an item.  That first screen after the purchase -- Thank you for your order -- showed the Feedback link.  It's expressly asking for feedback about an item, but I imagine you can put any QVC-related question in the box.

They apparently don't want customer feedback unless you've purchased something and have a question about it.

@Caaareful Shopper  That is unacceptable.  I should not have to make a purchase to leave a feedback that has nothing to do w/the purchase.

@Mz iMac.  Look at it this way, does Macy's have a feedback line, does Amazon, does Walmart, does anyone?  Somebody has to monitor and respond to such a line so it's a big time consumer.  It's obvious QVC has drastically cut CS staff and is most likely operating at minimum levels.

Most of those people to whom you sent notifications don't seem to be around any more.

@Kachina624  Only 2 have no live link any longer.

It now appears you need to make a purchase to get the golden key to open the Feedback door.

@Mz iMac I JUST noticed this as well. Hmmm, would be interested to know why. Did they actually get too many complaints to manage. The direction they have been going leads me to believe this may be a possibility. Just a guess and opinion. We'll never know though.

Could have been there merely for appearances, who knows.

Interesting. There also used to be an option for clicking through the "Contact Us" link in your account to leave feedback, but now that option connects to the main customer service page (and at least for me, yields a "bad request" error that doesn't even allow the page to fully load). When I navigate to that page on my own, I see all the contact information listed for customer service, and at the bottom is this note:

After carefully analyzing our ability to provide timely Customer Service, we determined that we had an opportunity to better serve you. That’s why we’ve shifted our focus away from the use of email to allow us to increase our ability to support you using our most effective and efficient Customer Service resources, which are telephone and live chat. We are confident we can provide you better, timelier service through these communication channels.

I'm guessing they lumped the email address associated with the site feedback link into this change in their approach, so it seems like a phone call or chat will be needed to share your thoughts...

This site has made changes, I suspect for a cost cutting reason. I don't feel many of these changes have been to the betterment of its customers. Like specifically that AI garbage when you ask a question, providing no more info other than what's already in the description.

The feedback feature had been available to note problems with discrepancies on the website, discuss viewer's perception of the behavior of host, and also for the ability to praise positive experiences. Seems now none of that matters.

It sounds as if they want comments or questions filtered through Customer Service. But not everything is a Customer Service issue.
