To whom it may concern: I'am not pleased with this shipping method. No updates for days where my packages are. Nothing! This is unacceptable. Please consider researching finding another way. Never in the past experienced problems with tracking or shipping.

Companies that offer free shipping often use this method.  I also do not like that you can't track your order.  But FedEx doesn't offer an option to track any order, at least not that I've been able to find.  Only if the company you order from offers that option, then you can track.

 

At least with UPS you can track the order up until it is handed off to the post office.

Over 10 days for delivery for clothing item with  fed ex smart post.  Ridiculous!

Fedex DUMB post.  I hate it too.  Partially for the lack of good tracking and partially because my PO is like 1 mile from here.  If FedEx just dropped it off here I would get it sooner, but because they make a detour to the PO I have to wait 1-3 additional days.
