“ATTN CINDY-QVC AND QVC CORPORATE DIVISION”
QVC shipping and refunds processes are the worst of any company I shop with. I’ve been shopping with QVC from the beginning and things have gotten really bad in the last 4 years. I ordered several items on the 8th of March and they are just shipping today. We hear excuses about warehouse problems, etc... WELL CORPORATE, FIX IT!!! Also, refunds take forever to go back on my card. In the last three months incorrect amounts were put back on my card which were significantly less than what they owed me. I had to call CS each time and go through a lengthy process in order to get the correct amount refunded. That’s called cheating people out of money intentionally or not. I have a couple items on check hold, but I’m seriously considering giving Amazon and my local Macy’s all of my business from here on out as QVC is not getting better, only worse. Get it together QVC and spend the money necessary to modernize your operation or you’re going to lose a lot more of your regular loyal customers.

I agree on the shipping problems. It takes about 5 days before items ship, and I keep getting orders that aren't mine, while others are receiving my orders. QVC needs to look at Amazon to see how shipping shpuld be done. I've shopped with QVC for over 20 years and this is the first year I've had any problems.

I totally agree with you. Another problem that has happened to me....the wrong item was shipped to me. And by the time I get the wrong item, the item that I want, its sold out!!! And this was not just a one time thing.

I started using QVC back when it was CVN because my life did not allow me the leisure of being able to shop brick and mortar, I was working long hours, a single mother with 2 teens, a house to care for and no free time. The ability to use the internet and TV shopping saved me not only time, but the convenience made my life much easier. The kind of things QVC carried and offered allowed me to free up my errand running and make my life easier to manage. Over the years, things have changed, and not necessarily for the better. Over the last 5-6 years, the shipping, returns, exchanges, have been full of unnecessary increases in cost, errors, length of time in processing and shipping, etc. Why an item leaves NC, travels to GA, then NJ to arrive at its destination in MD is ridiculous! And yes, I am among the many who are dissatisfied with not only the things mentioned above, but programming changes, immature hosts, merchandise changes and the quality of that merchandise is preventing me from tuning in and the desire to purchase. People are complaining about letters being received from QVC chastising them for returns and/or cancellations--how dare they! Now that I am retired, I am used to this kind of shopping, but Amazon is doing a better job than QVC.

@SCrowlAnd I've gotten 4 Amazon packages in the last 2 years - even though I've ordered nothing from them for about 6 years. Several of them were weekend deliveries from what service I have no idea, the last arrived via USPS.
ETA: You might want to Google some of Amazon's financials. There's a reason Jeff Bezos is the richest man in the world. How about adding a billion dollars to their bottom line when they added just $20 to the Prime membership - and that's in addition to what they make on the first $100 plus what they make on the various student memberships, monthly memberships, etc.
Think how much they can afford to "lose" with "free" shipping when they start with billions of dollars - and a great gimmick which encourages shoppers to overbuy - don't think they're not counting how many items each member buys!.
I don't order enough to pay for Prime - I don't even like researching Amazon for anything except book reviews- way too many tricks going on there to suit my kind of shopping.

@SCrowl. How many orders have you gotten that aren't yours?

@Susan-QVC Thank you for your help Susan. Hopefully they will make some changes and make QVC home shopping a pleasant experience again. We live in hope!😊

@ruthbe I’ve never had that one happen to me. I would be seriously ticked off if it did.

I am new to this posting thing here, But glad its not just me. Things that I used to get in 3-4 days now take longer that 7-8 days. Even though they have EDD of 3-4 days. I know its not the end of the world, but its frustrating!
Things are just not the same anymore, which why I rarely order these days from QVC,
