If your not going to ship orders in a timely manner then let us cancel and find a source that wants our business

@torqued.  What did you order and what do you define as "a timely manner"?  You give scant information.

I order mostly clothes and nothing I've ordered for months has taken longer than 3 days to ship. I consider that exemplary.

My shipping is slow also . Sometimes 2 weeks . That's because it seems to hop around the country before getting to me . Also , it can sit in a post office for a few days at a time . Quite comical to track the progress !
( of course , only if your not in any hurry to get it )

It just depends where you live .

@Chessa35. I don't see what the shippers routing has anything to do with QVC.  Occasionally a pkg takes the scenic route but that is rare, when it get on the wrong truck.

🤦 It's the routing errors that screw up the delivery. I live in the Northeast, and I have had packages travel to within 100 miles of my home, only to be mistakenly rerouted, and as a result have ended up in California, Arizona, and Colorado.

Those are places that I should be visiting.

@Kachina624 : Sorry , but the scenic route is not rare . Maybe for you , it sounds , but you can't speak for everyone . QVC  picks the carrier for their products .( probably at a good discount because of the volume, too )

@Chessa35. Based on my experience, most retailers ship using the same method as QVC these days, which is the most economical.

@Kachina624 : If in fact those other retailers use the same shipping method ; it seems to me they would have slow shipping as well . I don't find that to be the case .

My orders from JCrew, Talbots and JJill take longer to get to me than almost any QVC order I've ever received.

The only one that I count on to be quicker is obviously Amazon and that's apples and oranges, so not a fair comparison.

@Tori3569, absolutely.

I sometimes wonder which other retailers posters are comparing QVC to. I find many retailers are taking longer, but my QVC orders arrive within a week or less. I've noticed Land's End is taking longer, so is Kohl's. An eBay order, from within the USA, is two weeks.

Perhaps if posters mentioned specific items that are taking so long for deliveries, then others may make a more informed decision prior to ordering.
