@Kachina624 I had ordered the Lindt Chocolate On A/D during last year Christmas in July. My first shipment in December was great and my second shipped on March 12th arrived on March 14th was a disaster. The week of shipment was when the weather turned warm. My chocolates sat in the UPS truck from 10am until delivered at 6pm. Needless to say, they were melted. I emailed the social team and told them what happened.

On Lindt's website, it stated Fed-ex shipment plus they put ice in the containers for warm weather.. That doesn't stand true for QVC customers. Just be prepared.
